History
In 2001, a father-and-son development team was asked to build a custom application for a local home builder. The builder was in need of a leads-management system to help keep track of their salesman’s leads. As more modules were added to the system, such as project management, finance, and warranty, the leads-management system evolved into what is now called e-Schedule™.

Products
eStreamline offers customized and pre-designed CMS (Construction Management System) solutions to small-to-medium sized businesses. In response to the diverse needs of these businesses, eStreamline has broken its e-Schedule software into five (5) stand alone software packages:

• eBuilder
• eWarranty
• eBuilder Plus

Each package was designed to help a company at varying stages of its growth. In doing this, a company only pays for what it needs. When a company needs to expand, it simply upgrades to the next system level without losing valuable time or data.

Focus
e-Schedule™ was designed with the small-to-medium sized builder in mind. By working closely with companies from this sector, we were able to focus on some of the most common concerns: usability, flexibility, and affordability.
